Will Diet Pills Target Certain Areas?

When people decide to lose weight they start thinking about the different areas they need to lose in or firm up. Diet pills cannot necessarily target certain areas but the whole body which in turn takes care of those certain areas. So targeting certain areas is a myth but once you start a total body routine then you will notice those areas you wanted to get rid of will firm up and start looking like you dreamed they would.
